- Private lessons: *Up to 30 lessons per 6 months for the "Slowly, but Surely" program, or per 3 months for the "Fast-Track/Intensive" program, to be scheduled at your own convenience via our online reservation system or with the help of our team. You can start booking your private lessons following your online purchase.
- Lesson Completion: Depending on your program, you can schedule either 5 or 10 lessons per month. The lessons reset at the start of each month, and any unused lessons will expire and not carry over. A lesson can only be rescheduled within our rescheduling policy of 24 hours. In case of serious illnesses which prevents the completion of the lessons within the contract validity, an email with clear explanations and a doctor's note are mandatory in order to pause the contract and must be sent to info@pretaparler.ch.
- 24 hours cancellation/rescheduling policy: Cancellation and rescheduling of your online lessons must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Each lesson can only be rescheduled once.
- Contract start date: The start date of your contract corresponds to the date of your first lesson booked and the validity is for 3 or 6 months later, according to the chosen program. Contract extension is not possible.

C'est très très utile ! Au début je n'ai pas compris complètement comment utiliser, mais après 5 minutes c'est très clair. J'étais surprise parce que le chatbot m'a entendu bien — avec mon français, avec mes erreurs de grammaire — et il a tout compris. Avant, j'avais essayé 1 ou 2 applications pour pratiquer mon français parlé, mais elles ne m'entendaient pas bien. Ce chatbot, c'est vraiment différent.
