TERMS & CONDITIONS

In these conditions “coach” refers to Prêt à Parler and “participant” to the participant of the French conversation group lessons.

• Prêt à Parler (PàP) will supply all online teaching materials.

• Payment via Paypal or bank transfer: fees for your French conversation group lessons (195 CHF) must be transferred into PàP’s bank account at least 24 hours before the first lesson. PàP reserves the right to cancel the participation of a participant in the event their fees are unpaid.

• Group lessons must be booked and confirmed with your coach. On confirmation of your booking, you commit to attend all group lessons we agreed and scheduled together.

• A group lesson cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

• PàP must be notified if a participant cannot attend a lesson or will be more than 15 minutes late for a lesson, otherwise the lesson is considered cancelled for this participant only.

• Group lessons cannot be cancelled after the start date and are non-refundable.

• PàP will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the tuition and group lessons as advertised.  However, PàP must arrange its resources efficiently and shall be entitled to making reasonable changes to the timetable, only if necessary.
